If you run a payroll for fewer than 50 employees
and submit your year-end documents online, you could receive up
to £825 in government incentive payments.
The Inland Revenue wants all smaller
businesses to use the Internet to submit their P35 year-end declaration
and P14 end of year summary figures and wants to do this by 2010.
However, to encourage faster adoption, it is offering incentive
payments starting from the next financial year. The payments follow
a sliding scale, so the sooner you change, the more you get. Businesses
that start from the next financial year will be able to claim a
total of £825.
To be eligible for the cash you need
to have the right payroll software and must register with the Inland
Revenue. As well as being expensive this could disrupt your ongoing
business. Graham Paul can offer you a secure, effortless way to
get the cash incentive and avoid the trouble of running your own
payroll.
Graham Paul payroll services already
comply with the electronic submission guidelines and we can set
up your payroll in as little as half an hour. Our service is reliable,
secure and it is BACS approved. So the sooner you start, the sooner
you will enjoy the benefits. Then when the time comes, we shall
handle your claim for the incentive payments and make sure that
they are safely paid to you.
Of course, we do more than run
your payroll. Our support staff are happy to advise you and your
employees on PAYE and NI issues. If you want to know more please
