Our team of more than 40 fully qualified accountants and support staff are led by Chairman Brian Scott, Chief Executive John Squire and four directors across our offices in Cardiff and Bridgend:

Ian Washbourne

Ian joined Graham Paul more than 40 years ago and is Head of Personal Tax. He specialises in partnerships and sole traders and oversees more than 1600 self-assessment tax returns each year.

David Paul

With more than 40 years experience of providing accounting and tax services, David is an expert in the healthcare sector providing advice to the medical and dental professions.

John Squire

Having joined Graham Paul in 1969, John has considerable expertise in the healthcare and agriculture sectors with detailed knowledge of partnerships. He also acts for several high profile sports professionals.

Brian Scott

With over 30 year’s experience, including 12 with a major national firm, Brian is a founder member of the UK 200 Legal Group which specialises in solicitors and has lectured for the Law Society and ICAEW on Profit Improvement. His other specialisms include business planning, audit and profit advisory work.

Andy Lee

Andy joined Graham Paul in 2003, having previously been with a major national firm. Andy is the firm’s corporate finance director, specialising in finance raising and projections.

Ann Lloyd

Having joined Graham Paul in 1977, Ann is director of outsourcing services. She specialises in payroll and related employment law, employee benefits and PAYE compliance investigations.
